Add some international flavor to your Holiday celebration by inviting an international student or two (or more!) to share your holiday meal!
Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Easter allow us to share more than an American tradition. We get to show thanks to God for His love, provision, and faithfulness. We can share this tradition with others!
Many international students are willing to get involved in American culture, providing a great opportunity to demonstrate the love of Christ and make new friends.
We encourage you to invite students to participate in the meal and other family traditions. These can include preparing the meal, watching a parade or sharing what you’re grateful for.
We will connect you with your student(s) beforehand and encourage you to arrange transportation.
